RUNTON PARISH COUNCIL
I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that the next meeting of Runton Parish Council will be held on Tuesday 23rd September 2008 at The Village Hall, East Runton, commencing at 7.15 pm.
Parish Council meetings are open to parishioners and members of the general public and all are invited to attend. Whilst the public may not take part in discussion unless specifically invited by the Chairman to do so, the agenda always provides a period when matters of concern may be raised. Matters raised without prior notice, will usually result in them being placed on the agenda for the next meeting. Parishioners may request items to be placed on the agenda by informing the Parish Clerk, in writing, by noon on the third Monday of the month.
Clerk to the Council
1. Open Session for any members of the public present wishing to address the meeting.
2. To receive apologies for absence.
3. To Present Allotment Competition Prizes.
4. To receive the minutes of the last meeting held on 22nd July 2008 and deal with any matters arising from those minutes.
5. To deal with Planning Matters.
a. Planning applications dealt with at an extra ordinary meeting in August.
b. Current applications: Dormer window at Inglewood, East Runton. Extension and conversion for annex at Victoria House, East Runton. First floor extension at Red Brick Cottage, West Runton. Amendment to proposal for a short stay site for gypsies / travellers, Cromer.
