The Club meets regularly on the first Wednesday of each month in the West
Runton Church Hall at 2.30 pm except in June, July and August. Meetings in these months usually comprise visits to places of interest and other outdoor events
Membership is open to all retired residents of East and West Runton, and
Aylmerton, the annual subscription being £3.00 . Visitors are always welcome. |

Social Clubs

This is an informal 'self help' Club for anyone interested in any
aspect of computing and computers. We do not run courses but meet on the lines of a 'social gathering' to discuss computer issues. This approach is particularly useful to struggling beginners or those who are getting left behind by computer-literate children/grandchildren and want to appear a little less ignorant ! |

The only charge is 50p per meeting to cover the cost of
refreshments and hall hire |

NORTH NORFOLK WRITERS
|

We meet on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month throughout the
year in the West Runton Methodist Chapel from 7.30 to 9.30pm |

There is a monthly review cycle of members' work, usually to a specified
theme. Other activities include book reviews, members evenings, outside speakers, workshops and groups projects. |
|
We are a friendly group with varied writing styles and interests, but
the evenings tend to concentrate on short stories and poetry for reasons of time |
|
We are always keen to welcome new members.
Subscription fees are £5.00 per quarter

WEST RUNTON SOCIAL CLUB
|
|
Located in Water Lane West Runton, this local, friendly club is
open at 11.00 am to 3.00 pm & 7.00 pm to 11 00 pm Monday to Friday., 11 00 am to 3.00 pm & 5.00 pm to 11.00pm Saturdays and all day (12.00 noon to 10.30 pm) on Sundays. There are pool tables, a full size snooker table, darts, cards etc. The drinks are VERY reasonably priced with a great range of soft drinks, beers and lagers. This a very family friendly club with Bingo on Wednesdays, Quizzes on Sundays and evening entertainments on Fridays and Saturdays - There is something for Everybody ! |
